We are ideally situated just 5 minutes from the A10 motorway, close to the Atlantic coast: La Rochelle, Rochefort, La Palmyre, .... and towns steeped in history such as Cognac, Saintes, Aulnay-de-Saintonge... not forgetting natural sites such as the Poitevin marshes. The house, close to the banks of the Boutonne, is just a few minutes from the town centre and 250 m from the Pilgrim's Way to Santiago de Compostela. You can visit the Clock Tower, the Royal Abbey, its 2 museums, and its many restaurants!
