Ideally located in Charente-Maritime, our gîte can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Built opposite our residence, it is completely independent. It's a lovely, fully-renovated 90m² house with, on the first floor, a double bedroom (160cm bed), a twin bedroom (90cm twin beds) and a shower room with separate toilet. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a sofa bed that converts into a double bed with a comfortable 160cm mattress. A second shower room with integrated toilet is suitable for people with reduced mobility. The bright, fully-equipped kitchen opens onto an unoverlooked private terrace. Rental of the gîte includes access to the garden, heated swimming pool (May to September) and petanque area.
