At L’Atelier du Goût, every dish tells a story of passion and high standards. Based in Aulnay, Nicolas, who has been a head chef for over 20 years, champions a culinary craft that is homemade, authentic and meticulous. He works with great attention to detail, whilst fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a love of hospitality. Weddings, receptions, private or corporate events: every service is tailor-made. Always in search of authentic flavours, L’Atelier du Goût is also developing its signature Caribbean style through the Minargent range: punches and flavoured rums inspired by a family heritage given a modern twist. In April, Nicolas will open a catering and delicatessen in the heart of Aulnay: a vibrant venue dedicated to quality produce, tastings and moments of sharing.
