Cow's milk products, pork - Doeuil-sur-le-Mignon Denis, Maxime and Laury share their passion for their profession with us Is it important to keep a family farm going? Of course, but it's even better when you can make things evolve in the way you want. 14 years ago I stopped using silage for the dairy cows, replacing it with grass and fodder. 10 years later we set up a milk processing plant and started direct sales. I'm proud that my sons want to carry on, it's important! Why did you decide to go into processing? First of all, it's a question of adding value to our production: some of it goes to the dairy, while the rest is processed on the farm. Then there's the gratification that comes from contact with our customers. They tell us they like our yoghurts, and we explain to them how we work: the grazing system we've adopted is restrictive, but it sets us apart; the taste of our products is specific, it's our signature!
