Family farm growing vines and ancient cereals with a knowledge of biodynamic practices. We produce local wines, grape juices and sparkling wines using traditional methods. Our family farm, heir to a tradition in linen and weaving, promotes shared values through products derived from nature, in particular winegrowing, symbolising a deep bond with our ancestors and our land, where natural wines, made with care and without chemicals, reflect our commitment to farming that respects the environment and its finer things, embodying a special vision of life. We design our wines to give you maximum pleasure, while respecting the land, the environment and the consumer. To achieve this, we offer you wines made from different grape varieties: - L'alouette white wine, made from hand-picked Chardonnay and Chenin grapes. - Fleur de Rosé Rosé wine made from Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes, - L'Alouette Fée des Bulles , "Chardonnay -Chenin" Brut and Demi-sec, hand-harvested - a special cuvée (100% Chardonnay) - a white (a blend of Chenin, Sauvignon and Chardonnay) - a sparkling rosé (Cabernet franc, Merlot) - a sparkling grape wine - a grape juice A visit with more in-depth explanations is also possible, both on the wine-growing side, with explanations of biodynamic viticulture and how it is used in winemaking, and on the viticultural work carried out throughout the year. I ask for a minimum of purchases in return for this type of more targeted and in-depth visit, as well as for the approach to working with the mill and the flour. Visits plus explanations lasting 1 hour or more, depending on the group. I'm asking for fair remuneration through the purchase of a minimum amount of our products, it's all about the forces that balance out, it's important to say that. The flour is produced with cereals grown on the farm, which are regenerated seeds, partly on the farm, sorted and then crushed by an Astrié-type mill. On the farm, I explain why I started it, what cereals are produced on the farm and give a brief introduction to biodynamics. How the mill works, all this can be given on the farm by appointment with a minimum purchase commitment depending on the number of people using our products in order to pay for the time taken to do this.
