Located in the heart of the Royal Abbey, the Saint-Jean-d'Angély Micro-Folie has four spaces making culture accessible to all. All year round, a rich cultural programme is offered through flash visits, workshops and events. The Micro-Folie project, supported by the Ministry of Culture and coordinated by La Villette, brings together prestigious French and international cultural institutions such as the Louvre Museum, the Palace of Versailles, the Opéra Garnier, the Palace of Fine Arts in Mexico City and Schönbrunn Palace. Its ambition? To make culture accessible to everyone, everywhere in France, by promoting works from all artistic disciplines and all periods. As part of a network of more than 200 Micro-Folies, Saint-Jean-d'Angély is hosting this project in the heart of the Royal Abbey, in a welcoming and innovative space. Four modules are available: Digital Museum Immerse yourself in hundreds of works from the world's greatest museums, projected on a large screen.
