Located in the heart of a golden triangle where you can enjoy water sports at the Saint-Jean-d'Angély base, explore the treasures of Cognac before tasting it, and stroll through the Roman ruins of the town of Saintes. All this while being close to the Atlantic coast if you want to enjoy its sunny beaches. The house offers three bedrooms, all equipped with private toilets and bathrooms, in different styles. You can relax in the Zen atmosphere of the Clepsydre bedroom, unwind in the Scandinavian style of the Sablière bedroom or indulge in the baroque style of the Trotteuse bedroom. There is also a shared kitchen and lounge where you can enjoy wonderful moments of conversation.
