Fête du village

Aulnay-de-Saintonge Village Festival: two days of fun and celebrations! To mark National Day, the village of Aulnay-de-Saintonge is organising its Village Festival on 13 and 14 July. Over the course of two days, residents and visitors are invited to take part in the various activities on offer in the village centre and at the Roger Chapeau Stadium. Monday 13 July The festivities will begin at 9.30 pm with a parade through the village centre. The evening will continue with the Fire Brigade Ball. Food stalls and refreshment stands will be available throughout the evening. Tuesday 14 July The programme will resume at 2.30 pm with a cycle race. From 6.30 pm, head to the Roger Chapeau Stadium for a picnic, with a food truck and a refreshment bar on hand. A welcome drink will be served at 7.00 pm. At 8.30 pm, the band “Made in Marais” will give a concert. The day will end at 11.00 pm with a sound and light show. The event is organised by the local council in collaboration with local shopkeepers, local associations, the Angérienne Cycling Team and the Saint-Savinien Cycling Club.
