Château de Parançay is a 15-person gîte renovated in 2022 in a beautiful Saintonge-style manor house. With its large living room and 8 comfortable bedrooms, it is perfect for family reunions, friendships and seminars. Château de Parançay is a large self-catering cottage and a place for creative retreats, set on the edge of a small village in the middle of fields, in a calm and relaxing setting. With 8 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 15 people. This 19th-century Saintonge manor house was completely renovated in 2022 using high-quality, environmentally-friendly materials. It comprises the gîte (300m²) and the adjoining owners' house. In the gîte you can enjoy : - A large, cosy 60 m² living room with lounge area (4 sofas, 2 armchairs, stove) and dining area (2 large farmhouse tables, seating for 15) - A new, fully-equipped kitchen - 8 bedrooms with new bedding in local wool: 1 PMR bedroom (1 double bed or 2 single beds), 4 double bed bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds (or 1 double bed) - 1 PRM shower room with WC, 2 shower rooms and 2 WCs upstairs, 1 PRM WC on the ground floor - A large games/meditation room in the attic Outside, you have at your disposal : - Large communal courtyard of approx. 900m² with 16th century gatehouse and century-old chestnut tree - Parking spaces and electric car socket - Private garden of approx. 100 m² for the gîte End-of-stay cleaning is included and bed linen and towels are provided. All beds are made on arrival. You will also find a welcome basket with regional products on your arrival. Heating is included in winter.
