In a hamlet nestling at the bottom of a hill and bordered by a stream, Le Moulin Brun welcomes you to a relaxing setting. The Moulin Brun gîte is located in a peaceful hamlet between Saintes and St Jean d'Angely, in a former 18th-century water mill in large landscaped grounds of 8,000m2. There is independent access to a first terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, and a second terrace in front of the gîte with uninterrupted views over the hills. - Classified as a 3-star Meublé de Tourisme, this gîte for 2 people has a surface area of 65 m2. A large living room with an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, pyrolysis oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster.... flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi connection. - Bathroom with Italian shower, double washbasin and toilet. - Large bedroom with 160cm bed, 2nd flat-screen television, 2nd shower and wc. - washing machine, ironing board.... When you arrive, the bed is made up, and towels and table linen are provided. All that's left for you to do is settle in and enjoy your stay. Depending on the season, it is sometimes possible to add a 2nd bedroom with a 160cm bed, making the gîte suitable for 4 people. - Heated swimming pool from June to September, with sun loungers, shared between the two gîtes and the owners. - Private car park.
